Please note that valid invoices, bank statements, and payment gateway transactions for this service may appear under the following entity names. Payments made to any other name are not authorized.

1. Secure Payments

All online transactions on Flights App are processed via Razorpay, India's leading and most secure payment gateway.

  • We support UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).
  • We accept major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay).
  • We support Net Banking for all major Indian banks.

Security Note: We do not store your card details, banking passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers. All processing happens on Razorpay's encrypted servers.

2. Refund Policy

General Policy: Due to the digital nature of our SaaS products (Software as a Service), all subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the account has been activated and the service has been accessed.

Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued under the following specific circumstances:

  • Accidental Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
  • Service Delivery Failure: If we are unable to activate your account within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Valid refund requests are processed within 7 working days and credited back to the original source of payment.

3. Trial Pass

The 3-Day Trial Pass (priced at ₹99) is strictly non-refundable. This low-cost pass is designed specifically for you to evaluate the software's features before committing to a long-term plan.

4. Transaction Failures

If money has been deducted from your bank account but your subscription is not active, please do not panic.

This is usually a banking server delay. Simply take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and send it to our priority WhatsApp support at +91 89009 15930. We will manually verify and activate your account immediately.
