1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Flights App Portal (the "Service"), owned by XPRESSTECH, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Service immediately.
2. Service Description & Eligibility
B2B Only: This Service is strictly for Travel Agents, Tour Operators, and Corporate Travel Managers. It is not intended for direct consumer use.
The Service provides tools for generating PDF flight tickets and managing financial ledgers. We do not sell actual flight tickets, manage airline inventory, or guarantee seat availability. The generated tickets are for itinerary display and agency administrative purposes only.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Email/Password).
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify XPRESSTECH immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Fees: Access to the Service requires a subscription plan (1 Year, 2 Years, or 3 Years). Prices are subject to change, but existing active subscriptions will be honored at their original rate until expiry.
Non-Refundable: All payments are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical billing errors (e.g., double charge).
5. Prohibited Usage
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including fraud or money laundering.
- Generate fake tickets for visa fraud or illegal immigration purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the Service.
- Share your account credentials with multiple agencies (Account Sharing).
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XPRESSTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service. We do not guarantee 100% uptime due to potential internet or server outages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair), Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
